I would make this river raise maybe 25% of the time but only against people that have played against me for a significant amount of time and know I'm not afraid to raise the river with an overpair here. Against an unknown I think its mostly lighting money on fire, in general this river donk is exactly the kind of hand that he has but I also think he looks you up almost all the time just because you're unknown. I think calling the river is pretty bad by far the worst option, I don't think you ever see some sort of ridiculous bluff on this board with this action.

i think you lost the least, villain says something to the likes of 'i'll pay you off' if you raise and shovels chips in before he can decipher the hand - imo played every street fine... catch Kd river next time and hear a bad beat session and punch him in his sunglass wearing face

I think the turn play is kinda interesting. I would generally check this turn b/c you are likely behind when they both call and I don't want to get c/r'ed off the best hand if they decide to semibluff with a draw.

i think checking has merit in some spots, but given that (a) BB is a total retard and will call this flop with absolutely nothing and (b) the board is draw-heavy, I think it is a bet.

The fact that the board is draw heavy makes me more likely to check defensively. I don't think we have much fold equity here on the turn and we're in a prime spot to get bluffed. Our hand isn't really that strong and we've been called in 2 places.

BB could be a total retard but he could still have a hand. The J or 9 are both within his range. When you think about UTGs hand range you've either got him drawing to 3 out or you're drawing to 6, either way not a reason to bet in a pot like this. I dont think you get any better hands to fold the turn and the drawing hands will draw correctly anyway. I'd rather check behind see the river and decide whether I want to call a river bet rather than put $$ in on the turn.
