that thought scares me because it's highly possible and/or highly sick. QQ should be an "easy" shove for him but is also in my range.

I agree with mdom that you dont have QQ+ that much here given flop action, so valuetowning JJ would be pretty nasty. Weak tite might be capable of it when hes on his game i guess.
