playing professionally, I am sure you have days/stretches where you simply get real lazy. This is one of my biggest problems right now.

How do you force yourself to play when u are lazy?
How do you keep your self fresh and ready to play?
How do you handle your downsings? play throught them? or take time off?

What your daily routine like during a "work" day?

Do you use a realtime HUD when playing SNGs or do you just go by your own read?

IF Tourney Manager shows too much 2nd places compared with 1st, but your ROI and WR are still enough.
What are the best resourses in order to learn HU play ?

funny story! although the fishiness was kinda gross

poker... why can't I fold? I often think I am being bluffed by a worse hand... when I run goot, which is rare, I can fold easily, but most of the time I can't
