Default NL25 pp vs. short stack 3bet

I've been told by people reviewing my sessions that I play too loose against short stacks. There likely is a leak there as I never have any idea what my plan is in situations like this.

If you fold this, what cards would you need to not fold?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $40.75
BB: $8.95
UTG: $32.20
MP: $27.15
CO: $7.95
Hero (BTN): $25.45

Reads: <font color="blue">Villian is 23/15 over a small sample size.</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $0.85</font>, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.85, SB folds, <font color="red">BB raises to $3.50</font>, UTG folds, Hero ?? (pot is $5.30, we have $2.65 to call, and Villian has another $5.45 behind)

Ehh, you dont have the odds to set mine against him, which is what I'm presuming would be the only reason to call. I fold here, I dont think a shortstacker is 3betting light anyway...

I´m stacking off way too often in these situation too. this is imo is a fold though.
calling is bad b/c all the money is going to go in postflop and you´re 66 doesn´t fare too well against villain´s hand range b/c better overpairs make up a big part of it. you will never know where you are at and villain is going to try to push you off your hand.
pushing imo is wrong too. I think the biggest problem most of us have against shorties is estimating their ranges b/c we think they are much wider than they actually are. If you push here you have little fe and villain´s calling range def has you crushed!!

no setming is def not the reason why you would want to call here.

Just to clarify: spiking a set wasn't even a part of my thoughts here. It's all about how much I am behind right now considering the dead money.

Case1
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 44.083% 43.20% 00.88% 466007316 9540342.00 { 66 }
Hand 1: 55.917% 55.03% 00.88% 593663520 9540342.00 { 22+, A9s, KQs, ATo, KQo }

Case2
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 31.377% 31.19% 00.19% 147385284 903360.00 { 66 }
Hand 1: 68.623% 68.43% 00.19% 323403900 903360.00 { TT+, AQs, AQo }

Case3
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 35.889% 35.70% 00.19% 124711152 652776.00 { 66 }
Hand 1: 64.111% 63.92% 00.19% 223293312 652776.00 { QQ+, AKs, AKo }

So, I guess you have to figure if case1 or not. I would say easy fold, but I usualy and wrongly stack off there because short stacks are annoying and I am human after all.
