Default NL 50 Marginal hands vs shorties

Villian is you average shorty. I tend to call off shorty's light like in the hand below. What are your thoughts about calling shorty's in spots like these in general.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $70.00
BB: $88.70
UTG: $46.30
MP: $50.00
Hero (CO): $117.40
BTN: $26.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $2.00</font>, BTN calls $2.00, SB folds, BB calls $1.50

Flop: ($6.25) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $1.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $6.50</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises all-in to $24.45</font>, BB folds, Hero calls $17.95

Is this a call? Can someone stove this?

You beat only flush draws here... I like to call shorties on close spots too, but this one seems that youre behind, IMO.

maybe behind, but I am calling this too, shortstacks like that are usually low skilled and push with any pair

You are getting 2:1 and Id be suprised if you didnt have +33% equity. Id call, but I wouldnt be thrilled about it.

Call here.
Either outcome is good:
He got a fullstack
You got a bigger stack
