Minraise with 85 VPIP and 25 PFR, highly unlikely he's holding hearts or 67. Might have put you on flush draw or gutshot and just bluffing you out. Your cbet and turn check yells for missed flop. I'd call.

I raise a touch more preflop and given stack sizes bet so as to get most his money in on turn. I wouldn't actually push...I'd make it like $11 - you'll sometimes get a call when you bet less than their stack but a fold when you push.

Just IMO.
