There are two things I would bet my life on. MY LIFE!


1: OJ is guilty of double murder

2: Spector shot her in the mouth because she was leaving and he was doing his usual I-hate-women-and-love-guns move of "Oh no you're not, bitch..."


The American justice system is way flawed.
You can basically buy a verdict(or non-verdict, as it were), as this case shows.

Its also that juries are pretty dumb. They expect cases to be as easy as 1+1+1=3 But give them something tough like 1+1+A=3 and they can't solve for A. Murder cases are not always clear cut, but they are not rocket science either.

Putting your fate in the hands of twelve people who were too stupid to ignore a jury summons is unwise IMO.
