Default NutritionData.com

I've mostly been a lurker, but I've followed some of the diet/exercise threads a bit recently. I've been keeping a journal of my daily intake to keep tabs on myself and as motivation to keep myself on track, and I found this site to be pretty useful. Huge database of foods that you can analyze separately or together... and it's free.

NutritionData Site

For the rest of you doing something similar, how do you keep track of daily intake? Maybe there's something even better out there I haven't seen yet...

ND looks awesome, I'm going to bookmark that and use it on a regular basis. I'll also check out those other ones.

Thanks for the link.
