1) be more aggressive
2) steal more blinds
3) defend your BB more
4) cbet a little bit more
5) take time to think ur pot odds thru (your VP$IP for 22-88 is >90%)
6) to go w/ 1, raise more instead of limping/calling, a TAG's pfr should be ~2/3+ of the total VPIP
7) shot of position stats would be nice

Thanks poker1O1 and MyTurn2Raise. I'm starting to open my game up from my nit days but old habits die hard.

1) (VPIP button - VPIP #6) should be much wider
2) can't stress enough importance of button, other than that, just post hands.

Your EP play looks slightly out to me - and your winrate from these positions is ~0. I like an overall vpip of 15-16%, but feel that at NL200, a positional spread of vpip from around 8 UTG to over 20 on the Button is nearer optimal IMO. You only enter 4% more flops from the Button than UTG. I routinely fold AJs from UTG, but will raise 1st in from LP with over 40% of hands and call a raise with the likes of 56s, T8s etc.

i feel like i steal a decent amount for the # of tables i play. but i never, ever, steal from CO and Button in the same orbit. If a CO PF raise takes down the pot, and I have a slightly better hand next when I'm on the button (QTs vs QTo), or (KTs compared to QTo), then I'm not going to try to steal again.

probably a leak? i just hate getting played back at from the blind, especially since you have such a marginal holding.

that being said, do most of your blinds steal occur on the button or the CO? i think you can probably open up a lot more in the CO when you're playing a bigger game. At the lower limits, the button is usually going to be calling any raise you make from the CO.

Anyone else think that VPIP of 20% is too high from SB?

I don't think you should be completing with hands you wouldn't limp behind with from the button.
