Default Problems with Poker Grapher and PT

Hi,

For some reason I don't know Poker Grapher hasnt drawn any graphs from my PT database since 2nd day of november. It worked fine for the first day but after that if I try to make it draw graphs it just says "no data matching criteria".

I dont know if its just a coincidence or not, but I helped some guy at 2+2 getting his PT stats, graphs and PokerEV graphs and that was 1st of november. I deleted his stuff from PT and I have my own screenname(s) selected in Poker Grapher.

The hands I've played are mostly from ongame network (pokerroom, betsson etc).

If someone could help me with this I'd be grateful.

Thanks.

Can you open the DB in PT and see your hands? Does PT successfully import any new hands? Poker Grapher uses the DB configuration in PT to find and read your DBs. If PT is working, then Poker Grapher should be also.

That said, feel free to run PokerGrapher in debug mode. Go to Start -> All Programs -> Poker Grapher -> Poker Grapher (debug mode). This will create a log file PGLog.txt (usually located at C:\Program Files\Poker Grapher). Then paste the contents of the log file in a PM to me and I will see what I can find.
