Honestly I can't build you an accurate range and give you a math explanation but this early with no reads this is so frequently a retarded airball or qj type thing. Very very few people ever do that with a set.

It's rarely a set, but it IS sometimes KT. Still, I'd almost always call against a random. This line is too dumb to accurately assign a range IMO...
