Dan until he won the WSOP played 40/80 and 80/160 limit holdem at the Commerce. After he won the WSOP he pretty much stopped playing cash games. No limit was never played in a casino until the last 7 years, etc. Don't know if Dan plays online but he seldom plays live cash games.

The key to winning at cash games long term is good game selection as illustrated here and here
