Clearly, I read the wrong forums. I'm not going to go looking for the thread or anything, but apart from being someplace like your parents' house or a monastery, why would anyone want his lady not to make noise during sex?

All that screaming and crying can put you off your stroke.

Mason, would you be more likely to let a curse word slip or openly detail the best jerking off session of your life?

[/ QUOTE ]

compromise - the Solomon way would be to do both of course. While taking vitamins.

PS: Dam you Evan, I lol'ed at your post!

Speaking of the profanity filter.

I just warned a poster for using "f'n" in a post.

Two posts down includes "wtf".

Is it inconsistent to consider F'n to be circumventing the filter but wtf not circumventing the filter? (It just seems "wtf" has become common message board usage.)

Profanity filter nittiness FTW!

I would think f'n is ok. IT's more like "effin" than an actual profanity.

I think that's fine as long as they are being used as adjectives.

I've basically taken the position that you should just type whatever word it is you want to use and let the filter do it's job.

If you type bitch and it doesn't filter bitch, then you didn't break a rule.

If you don't type the word completely, then you are by definition circumventing the filter.

my rule is, if you can pronounce it and it sounds like the swear then you're violating the filter.

example 1: wtf 'double u tee f'...not violating

example 2: f'in 'eff-ing'...not violating

example 3: son of a beech or fegget...violation

entertainme, wow, you warn people for saying f'n? That is ridiculous imo. I type "effing" all the time on here.

Gilf, son of a bitch.
