Default Tipping the Dealer and getting PAID

OK, sitting here at work and having a discussion about LIVE poker in the Casinos.
The debate is this: When playin NLHE in the casino, do dealers take care of those who give the larger tips? I.E. My friend claims he got QQ back to back to back after flipping the dealer a 25 chip at NL 1/2 at the Taj Mahal.

What does the community think?
This should be interesting.

Your friend is a smart man. I always tip huge, knowing that the dealers will use their psychic powers to "will me" to victory.

but you have to make sure you knock on the rail, rub your lucky card protector, not look at the cards until you get them both and arrange the 1st one on top

i got pocket aces twice in a row at b&m and took 2 people out who had pocket kings and tptk. it was glorious

Clearly not.

But this never stops me from thanking them for the excellent cards and asking them to keep them coming.

I do this especially when I have just bluffed...

I think that regulars who tip well are taken care of by some dealers -- but not in the way you're mentioning.

I believe that a good tipper may get an extra warning from a dealer before they muck his cards. I believe a poor tipper may find his cards mucked more quickly. Things like that. But that's more a function of dealers being human beings than anything else.
