Default raise river?

The guy who raised me on the turn is very laggy, he plays any suited cards from any position, any pocket pairs from any position, he also raises with any A from middle and late position. He can also three bet the flop with middle pair.

You are indicating that the MP is loose pre flop. How about post flop? The questions is what kind of read do you have on him when it comes to raises and check raises. My first thought was King weak kicker that turned into two pair either on the flop or turn. It's close but I raise the river...jb

thats what I put him on as well, however, there was some chance that he might had flush draw and he got there.
