Either you have your tables overlap or you play on a site that has resizable tables (FTP and Stars only I believe).

I play 9, tiled. 22" though, in 1600x1200. 20" might become a bit small. Like this:

Only now I just started using AHK scripts to remove the titlebars, so I have a bit more space. And for keyboard control, since my wrist is starting to hurt from using the mouse too much.

The title bar removal doesn't help that much, actually, since I have a 4:3 screen; however, if you are using a widescreen it will help a lot. I'm thinking of that 24" samsung widescreen.

Jane I think you should stick to one or two tables, absolutely no more; and focus on your game and reading your opponents and hand reading.

I can tell you I have great difficulties at times playing 9, and I've been playing for a LONG time. you only get about 3-5 seconds to see your position, read the board texture, read your opponents, and make the right move.

Not for beginning players, I play online quite a bit and only like to play 3 tables, four tables max I also like to play short handed games w/ lots of action where reads are crucial so I need to think more.

First of all, I was playing for 4 tables for a very LONG time sample size over 100k and beating it at 1.87bb's per 100. Second, I wanted to try it out, thank you for advice.

No need to get upset; I was just giving a well intended warning... by all means, try it. 100k hands, that's 130 hours, or 16 working days 9-tabling 1.87 is very good: more than me, or most of the regulars/pros in my games it seems.
