only if you have laggy image and he knows this and has been calling down postflop light would i consider betting. the bet would be small too maybe 1/4 to 1/2 pot in hopes of getting looked up by worse.

he could easily be waiting to check-raise all in here hoping you fire another barrel OR v-bet a good ace. CHECK vs someone like him who can easily have a set here OR a hand that you beat that might c/r push you off the best hand thinking that you have a hand that is value-bettable but not callable for a pot-sized raise.
