Kind of for pot control, kind of for value. I feel like I'll get more money out of him if I ch behind the flop and he has a hand like JJ/TT, or maybe even AK. If he has AA/KK, then yeah, maybe I lose less. Point is, I think he rarely calls the flop with a worse hand, and I don't care a ton about giving a free turn on this flop.

I like it, fold the turn. The only possible hand that we beat that he is doing this with I think is JJ, but even that is pretty unlikely. It's either a bluff or you are way behind I think.

As Foxwoods Fiend says, "flush draws flush draws." I push here cause he could some sort of combo draw that wanted to max fold equity or see free river. This doesnt really seem like the board that he'd check twice with AA or KK. Sometimes you run into a set, but I think you're ahead enough.

lol at scurrred nits who dont think logically.

hero's line looks sooo weak. villan hardly ever has those hands. most of the time he has a fd here or other random stuff we beat because he is just trying to take hero off the hand.

Unless he has exaclty A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I think you're wrong a ton here. The guy cold called a 3-bet oop, and against a guy with stats like his it's almost always TT-QQ/AK (and he might even 4-bet shove AK so that may be eliminated as well). I fold here confidently.

tko the reason i hate a flop check is that you get yourself into these situations later when your line may be construed as bluffy. he may have hit the turn he may be bluffing thinking you're weak, it's hard to say especially against someone who may be aggressive/tricky (the four bet, idk im guessing from only one hand but not many ppl four bet). so in this spot i'd be more inclined to just lead the flop. at least for me i've found that when i play more straight forward poker the spots to get tricky become waaay more obvious, rather than trying to outplay someone, just m.o. here it looks fpsish to me. gawd, tough spot though, i might fold here. his double check makes me sick though.

I hate when this happens. You think you look weak and need to call, but let's face it this is a bluff almost never. Too few tags at this limit even have the play in their repetoir.
