Default player deliberately disconnecting himself on pokerstars

someone is angry at me that i keep beating him in headsups and that i'm following him on pokerstars. in an attempt to get back at me he is intentionally disconnecting himself every time he has to act and taking advantage of pokerstars' disconnect policy. so each action of his takes 2 mins.
this is ridiculous and ive emailed stars and they are just letting him get away with this. 52 mins into a turbo so far, blinds are only 25-50 and we have only played 16 hands.

locate me and see for yourself... sixers03 on stars

If a player asks me to stop following them I do.
I understand this is about money and you are within your rights to follow the guy, but following a person to the extent they are taking action seems like bad karma to me.
Stars did the right thing, but, when following turns into
stalking ya gota ask yourself if the extra money you are making is worth the cost to your soul. IMHO

Yes, but they only take action because this costs them money by slowing down the game.

QFT. I would even argue that a site should not allow stalking by providing a "handshake" before the game starts. If you are registered and don't want to play someone, then you just refuse the game and he gets the registration.
