5/10 Live at Commerce facing an allin with the 2nd nuts

5-10, I have 850 to start the hand, villain 1 covers, villain 2 has 450 to start.

No reads on villain 1 who just sat... villain 2 has been playing very tight.

I have a5ss, I limp after an MP limper on the hijack, button limps, sb folds, bb checks.

flop (40) 234 with 2 diamonds. BB checks, I bet 25, villain 2 calls, villain 1 calls.

Turn is an offsuit jack. BB checks, I bet 100, villain 2 makes it 200. Villain 1 shoves almost instantly for 800 total. Thoughts?

My image is tight-aggressive fwiw, although only villain 2 would know this... villain 1 just sat down an orbit ago.

I'd like this to be more than, you have a straight you have to go broke... I bet the pot on two streets, a tight player min raised me, and the bb instantly went allin... what sort of range do you think we can give him?

Well, only one hand beats you and it's more likely from the bb. The guy who minimum raised you was pot commited with any set/combo FD. You weren't a huge favorite against 2 players with multiple draws even if you were ahead of them (1 set, 1 FD+OESD for example). I would fold in that spot but it's very close.

villain was bb, so he could have 2 pair or a set. maybe he even has 2 pair with a FD (4Js ?)
i think you have to go broke here.

i often give live players way too much credit,

play it all in, you are chopping this and up against a set a lot of time

anyone who just sat in a game is usually a fish (it's live poker, 95% of the players are). but yea you need to go broke here. not sure what villain 2 is trying to do with his min raise here, i doubt it's a straight all that often though. bb's range is probably like AJ (lol, seriously though), pair+diamonds, 2pr, set, straight. against that u gotta get it in
