I don't know his range. But if you decide not to fold, I think calling is better than reraising here. You can be pretty sure that any body who calls or raises you has you beat. If you reraise, you only hope to fold out QQ and KK which has you beat (I don't think AA is folding and AK or AQ will probably fear your smooth-call).

What's villain's stats?

[/ QUOTE ]

no stats, but anyone dumb enough to make this raise is dumb enough to have a range that JJ is ahead of imo.

[/ QUOTE ]

um, no. Just because someone makes a bad play doesnt mean there range is wide. Im not saying fold here necessarily, but I dont think that this is an easy call or the fact that he open shoved means his range is wider than if he reraised.

This is AA from the villain 99% of the time. I've tried to pick them off with JJ before, just ship me the $20 and I'll kick you in the jimmy.

no way its AA 99% of the time without a much better read

i think u r a slight favourite or completely dominated here. These short stack players are looking for a spot to double up, UTG he is going to have a premium hand. Do u really think he has Axs, TT or less?

Okay, In the small sample of times that I have seen this it has been AA around 5 times something else zero times. We had a thread about this a few weeks ago, there was a pretty big consensus that if an unknown or someone who has seemingly played normally open shoves out of the blue it's a monster.
