AQ out of position against calling station
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.02 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
MP ($9.66) CO ($4.16) Button ($1.97) SB ($5.64) Hero ($6.26) UTG ($1.78) Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, A. 2 folds, CO calls $0.02, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.12, CO calls $0.10. Flop: ($0.25) J, T, 6 (2 players) Hero bets $0.12, CO calls $0.12. Turn: ($0.49) T (2 players) Hero checks, CO checks. River: ($0.49) 4 (2 players) Hero checks, CO checks. Final Pot: $0.49 I always have a problem in this spot. I have a feeling that the villain will call with anything on that flop as he has been doing. What cards should I fire a second barrel at and when should I just concede? Thanks! |

Re: AQ out of position against calling station
I don't see anything wrong with how u played it. If he calls anything on the flop and gives up to further agression I might fire the turn.

Re: AQ out of position against calling station
This looks pretty standard. Some opponents will call any flop bet but fold to a turn bet if they don't have anything, so I would look for that. Without a read though, this is fine.
