understanding that there are at least three sides to every story, i wouldn't be surprised to learn that this guy's version is probably reasonably close to the truth.

And I like the one where the guy is standing behind Phil, looks like he's lookin down at a PDA or something, and Phil is just being Phil with his hands in the air, waving wildly as he speaks.

Of course this is the guy's proof that he sidled up to Phil and said..."we need to talk." And that was Phil's reaction...LOL

i have no opinion about whether this story is true or not...but what is the deal with the spelling?? here instead of hear, bye instead of by, there instead of their. did a second grader do it??

Is it me or is this just some guy advertising his business in Thailand?

Does Phil Laak really seem like the type of guy that would hire someone to kill someone over 15k? Seems pretty far-fetched because of that to me. I'd think he would just chalk it up as a loss. Of course I have no knowledge at all of either guy or OP.
