Default Weird AK preflop spot with tons o action to us

i dont know about these spots.. utg raiser is a guy i had like 20 hands on so far, seemed solid thus far, but was at 20 pfr percentage. button/reraiser is yanjiegou2007 who i have at 23/12 over a pretty fair sample but who i have seen do some pretty spewy stuff. sb is like 45/11 or so and seems fishy.. so what now?

Full Tilt Poker, $1/$2 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

UTG: $274.85
MP: $275.50
CO: $202.30
BTN: $195
SB: $140.65
Hero (BB): $285.90

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
UTG raises to $6, MP folds, CO calls $6, BTN raises to $27, SB calls $26, Hero says WTF???

I fold it here, I don't like 4betting here because we still have UTG to act after us. Flatting would be terrible because were OOP and again we still have UTG to act. So I think a fold is best here

Isn't AK the nuts? 4b/c is not too spewy IMO altough folding has its merits. Calling is something I wouldn't feel comfortable doing in this spot.

I actually like a shove here. SB could call buttons RR with a wide range here. BTN could very well be squeezing (light). And I doubt UTG is willing to call off 140BBs with anything less than KK ?

So dead money + possible call from SB = +ev imo.

Having done absolutely no math... I shove here, and would have folded if the SB didn't call.
