I know why you might say 'squeeze play' here. But it's also a standard play for AA or KK (considering his 4x blind raise, it's consistent with a big pp). Its either push or fold by the looks of it. And its, in my opinion, a 50/50.

I like it. If you're going all-in, it's best not to push them all at once when your opponent will only call with a better hand. Raise to 200 and the villain may get committed with a medium hand or a ridiculous bluff.

These guys will call with a wider range of worse hands, so it's a pretty easy shove. And I'd prefer to shove versus call against these opponents, even though you have position because of the first statement. Also if he does decide to fold his AJ or whatever other crap hand he likely has here, then you picked up a nice pot with no showdown. So I'd be fairly indifferent as to whether he calls or folds here.
