these guys play so bad. jamie is such a luckbox. his line with KK was awful. if you are trapping with KK PF, why would you raise in the dark, it is just madness.

guys c/r was awful, golds call was even worse. golds bet on the turn there was awful as well, i was wondering whether he was turning his hand into a bluff, but obviously not as he checked behind on the river. so he was betting TP on the turn for value apparantly, lolololololol.

barry's river call was pretty bad too.

the standard in this game is dreadful, maybe now people will understand how jman wasn't being arrogant when he said it was such a soft game

I'm not sure Guy played his JJ badly. Against most players that would be a terrible line since, as already noted, it turns your hand into a bluff. However, against someone who bluffs a lot (Jamie) and who plays combo draws like pair plus gutshot strongly (Jamie) which is a hand you aren't that far ahead of, then a raise is the perfect play.
Think about how many cards you don't want to see on the river even if you think Jamie is full of it.

Maybe that isn't what he was thinking, maybe he is pretty bad and just thought "ZOMG, overpair! I can't lose!" but maybe he isn't as bad as we thought. It is hard to tell, he is getting hammered by the deck.

Yeah, I don't know which is more entertaining...the show, or reading the posts of the kids who think they are better than these players. Guy is getting lambasted for a check raise into a dangerous board, but Phil Galfond had the same opportunity with pocket queens on a dangerous board and mucked to Farha's bet on the turn, causing everyone to rip him apart for being weak. If you go back and look at the bashers, they're probably one and the same.

Terrible poker in this episode. I don't want to talk about the AA vs KK hand, I'm just going to pretend it never happened. Greenstein's J9 call was pretty atrocious, even against Sammy he just wasn't beating anything. Guy's checkraise was just bizarre and pretty terrible, although Gold managed to turn it into a good play by making an even worse call.

I understand that its sammy, bla bla bla, but on that board what can sammy have?? Every straight draw (including gutshots) but 1 now have him beat. There is no chance that Farha is value betting worse. I just don't see what hand Barry can beat on that board. What range of hands do u think sammy is 3 barreling there to make Barry's call anything but bad?

Why would sammy be nice towards Gold?
They both spew out so much bs during this hand
Why was sammy mad at gold after the QQ 107 hand?
also, I disagree with most of you, watching gold is amusing.

I think he wanted to be kind to Gold because he envisages action worth more than 180k with him. If Gold seriously takes up PLO that could result in a massacre.
