Beat, scammed again

Steven Zhou (d0nkaments on stars), we agreed on $40 for him to write my paper, anyways I ship him $50, then he is like "yea get me in 1h", now its ~2h later and hes not responding, now I got 1h to write this [censored] paper and its almost 9am and I am tired as [censored] hell

extra beat: second time i've been scammed by someone on this forum (first time $500 from AK47Suited aka MattBond)
