if you are going to play it like you did preflop then raising this flop isn't good.

[/ QUOTE ]

what? of course it is

std orange (post flop anyway)

[/ QUOTE ]

Wait, you are agreeing with the first guy that raising flop is bad if you call pre-flop, but telling orange (who raised flop after calling preflop) that this is standard?

Make up your mind...

Perhaps you mispoke.

I think that if you just call preflop, raising flop is great because villain's never going to put you on QQ+ and will felt 99-JJ (on this board).

But the first guy said that if you just call pre-flop, you should not raise here.

Just to clarify...who do you think is right?

looks fine. When you're repping such a small range (sets only basically) I think delta's putting you on air a fair amount, or at least going crazy with 99-JJ enough for this to be fine. fortunately your range is MERGED!!

I don't see what your second sentence has to do with your first. Orange's range is merged because he's repping sets but he also has overpairs.

Given that he's pretty straight forward, it makes this tough.

I also don't know with what hands he'd be 3 betting, and why. 65s is the only draw hand you can have.

I guess this is fine with listed history, but it's not really a situation I've been in.

seems similar to the pot that bertkc and i played a week or so ago when i had AJ.... i think he folds his bluffs and calls with whatever he was value raising, i kind of doubt delta 3bets TT here. He may fold enough to make it +EV but hes not 3bet/folding AA/KK or sets obv
