Default more Microgaming problems

Hi again. I posted a thread in here some few weeks/months ago regarding one of my accounts on the Microgaming network. It got locked out in December 2006 due to multiple aliases. Today, after many months with mailsending, they finally unlocked my account.

I was really glad to see that, so I logged in pretty fast. And then comes the shock. When my account got locked out I probably had about $1500 +/-, had been playing for about one month.

But when I logged in now, I checked my cashier.. and then... "Credits: 0.00 USD"

So my question are: Is this pokerroom allowed to -steal- my money, without giving me an reason of why they did it? Everything was gone. Even pokermanager who you can talk with on the chat told me that Microgaming never takes any money.
