Villain is very passive. What are his AF-stats per betting round? Have you seen him bluff a lot on the river?

This looks very much like he has a T (most likely AT, QT or T9).
I can clearly see a fold on his river check-raise.
Crying-call depends on your read...

Rest of the hand is played just fine! And FWIW, I'd probably have played it the exact same way, including the river...

Stat per round for FTR are 1.1/1.1/0.65

I've noticed alot of players at these tables..
1. Never raise preflop even with big pairs or AK
2. never bet the flop when they hit a set
3. basically they play every hand the same... check or call to the river and then raise if they have something.

I am starting to think that I can safely fold if I am played back at

I think given the stats this is a clear fold.

If this person s as passive as his stats suggest, I think you're looking at a set, straight or a boat >80% of the time here. Lot of hands fit his preflop call range (AQ, J10, JJ, A10, Q9, QT.

I call if I don't know much about his river play (Is he capable of doing something like a bluff C/R with QJ or QxS, for example? That would be a sweet move on this board) but if you think he's pretty straghtforward I wouldn't have a problem folding this.

Unless villain is the type to raise the scare card (his stats don't suggest this), I think you can get away from this hand. My line on river is b/f.

I'd just check through on the river - if he calls, I don't think he's calling with worse than a pair of queens more than 50% of the time.

I think 2nd barrel on the turn is ok, you might be leading, and have a OESD. but I would prefer to check behind on the river, cos you won't have to fear a check-raise, and you get to SD.

But in this case, villian's so passive post flop. I think he's got you owned with the 2nd T on the river. You can fold this.
