credit card appears to be the cheapest. if you cash out, however, choose USD as currency since it will use your banks' rates.

Not sure about high stakes but my $2/4 - $10/20 winrate is 6.7 PTBB/100 over 140k hands. Granted only about 40k of that is at $5/10 and $10/20, but still. I'm sure they are making more than 2.

I'm >5ptbb/100 over ~250k hands at 5/10+, mostly 10/20+.

5/10: 5,31PTBB/100 over 211k hands
10/20: 3,11PTBB/100 over 292k hands
