Default Lots of outs, how to precede on the turn

This is from a 3.30 micro on stars, ITM money now, less than 200 of the original 1000 or so.
Villain has been fairly active in the last blind level but has only been showing down good hands. This is the first time we have really tangled, Ive been pretty inactive lately. Im most interested in the turn, slow down or keep betting?

Ok so you have 13 outs which is 2.5:1 so you can check/call a bet up to 2800. The problem is that those 13 outs are not clean. The Kc is not a friend, and with the board already paired you could be drawing dead because in a $3 tourney 99 and 33 are in villian's range (sadly so is K9). Also villain could hold AcXc and then your not a happy poker player either.

I think you check and see what villian does, but I'm not to happy about investing much more here.

I'd shove the turn. You've got outs (queens and tens might even be good) and villain covered. It's a micro and loose villains floats that flop with a ton of hands.

I kinda hate this spot, but I usually shove given villain's stack and that he probably folds if he doesn't have a king

I'd often try to CRAI on flop though
