If they could find someone to write funny sketches the show would be very good. But the material is just so weak the impressions can't make up for it.

impressions are part of the appeal folks. you are supposed to be amused by his uncanny ability. i have watched tons of youtube crap of his just because it is incredible, of course not all of it is drop dead funny.
