just thought i'd make my attempt at modding known

this is a 'chinese' themed backgroud i made, along with the table...

<a href="http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/1564/table3st.th.jpg[/img]</a>]Chinese Background

<a href="http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/4918/tablechi8ha.th.png[/img]</a>]Chinese Table

And heres a dark table mod too

<a href="http://img70.imageshack.us/img70/5633/table1bi.th.png[/img]</a>]Dark Table

Rename the table 'table' if you wanna use it and make a new folder for the background in the background folder (copying over the stools), and change the Background config document to match.

i thought they were cool at the time, though they are probably more lame than anything

good work all, keep posting em!

I'd like this better if the "glass" table didn't have those weird things that look like single-celled organisms under a microscope slide.

I am agree with you. I am a little confused that many people seems to be able to create some tables, but not some good tables from an ergonomic point of view

Nirfur:

please define what you would see as a table with ergonomic characteristics. I'm artisic and creative and make stuff that I think looks cool - what would your "ideal" replacement table look like?

i see nothing after I installed the deck. My image is saved as Cards(png file), the old one is now OLDCards(png file) in the same directory (should I move it?) and I put the 4 colour deck ON

Fair enough. If I didn't explained in the first post, it is because my english is wrong and poor.

The table must be very " simple "
Not tiring at all for eyes.
The color should adapted for the cards you use ( I use theses cards )
A black table would be awful because of the contrast with the rest and also because my Spade cards are not easy to see.

Basically colors should be " pastel "

I hope I don't forget something. I hope it helps you.

I am agree that your table are nice looking, but not really functionnal for me.

Best regards
