A cousin of mine studied in London. She said that the cost was insane. I would expect that this is worse now that the dollar has fallen (assuming you are American).

London is stupidly pricey. There's plenty of other nice places in the UK fwiw

You should probably get your [censored] together as most programs have deadlines in the next couple weeks. That being said, I vote Australia due to its smaller population, beauty, hot chicks and rarity. When else in your life are you going to get the opportunity to go to Australia?

i know i am a procrastonator. but also most of the australia study abroad options have a deadline of nov 1 for my school so i think that should be enough time. i was also leaning towards australia but my parents say the plane ticket is going to cost a fortune(i live in new york).

go to australia, trust me. i studied abroad there from january of this year through may. best four months of my life and it's not even close. i have so many memories of crazy times and beautiful destinations. oh yeah, go to bond university on the gold coast. great school and people and it's like a mile or two from beautiful beaches and great surf spots. and the nightlife there in surfer's paradise is insane with tons of bars and clubs. no matter where you choose you should have a blast but i couldn't think of a better place in the world to be for four months then where i was. good luck deciding.

I studied in London abroad and had the best time of my life. I had a little too much fun though and ended up taking a leave of absence for "personal reasons" for the semester... Go!

i found it to be not as true as most think. although it's a lot easier to start up conversation, they aren't as obsessed as i had hope just because you're american. it was way easier to sleep with american chicks over there than aussies because the americans were just lookin for a good time too. but put the effort in for the aussie girls because they are the sexiest creatures alive and well worth it.

I'm pretty sure at my school it's no additional cost to study abroad for a semester.
