seriously, i'm pretty upset about that thread of september 11 jokes being locked.

or maybe i'm upset that every time a holocaust joke is made (countless) the thread is not locked.

eff it, i don't care either way really, i'm just mad at the inconsistency. especially when an order of magnitude of 3 more people were killed in the holocaust.

i agree. it's weird that jokes about 100 jews fitting into the ashtray of the car are funny but firemen's ashes aren't.

not that it matters regarding the debate, but most people do severely overestimate the number of people killed in 9/11.

i didn't care enough to make a thread about it. i would have just posted in that one. but i wanted to echo the sentiment since i think it's pretty [censored] up. the post was locked though, so i had to make a new one.

i wasn't really mad, i just like to make people realize inconsistencies in logic and thinking in order to make them question things more closely in the future.

it's completely inconsistent and irrationale, and it's due solely to the age of the events.

in 50 years 9/11 jokes will be fine.

assuming we haven't destroyed the world yet, which is looking less and less likely.
