This is out of character for me I completly expected villian to come at me stronger on the turn and river, I think I'm letting my reads affect the my play more than I should. Villian is LAG with decent post flop play.

The turn check rarely gains you anything and often losses you a bet or more. Give your self a chance to win a big pot if he has something or wants to bluff.
