first hand i shut down when he ccs the flop.

second hand i just flat call the $10 becuase i am risk averse. although it is very nit-picking i too would bet $70 as guy with $145 is often pushing so i want to come over top in case of flat call, having said that, if im saying that i should surely be raising the turn?

You should have bet $72.50 on the flop in the second hand.
