how many hands are the stats over? If its a good enough sample he's pretty much doing this with AA or KK only, maybe AK sometimes but probably not. gf.

the CO's 3bet range has got to be wide enough to not even think about folding imo.

Looks like AK trying to squeeze, why would AA or KK try to blast everyone out of the pot? I call and expect to see AK majority of the time with $58 in the pot I think it's + EV

A 14/7 will just close the betting and take a flop here with AK very often IMO. I think this is a good fold.
