Re: My swing
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] ... With any kind of shortgame you definitely shoot in the 60s . [/ QUOTE ] My very first fyp by the way, do you happen to know Darren Cole? He was my teammate in college. Great player, great guy. Last I heard, he was a club pro somewhere around Melbourne. [/ QUOTE ] I played on tour when Darren was playing, he was such a solid performer, and a nice guy. I guess he has a club job now as I know he isn't playing anymore. Like me he was unable to make the leap to one of the major tours, and trying to grind out a living from playing only in Australia isn't much of a life. Just a note about my flexibility and rotation, I'm extremely flexible for a 34 yr old, I make no effort to rotate off the line when I swing. I work on keeping my movement as efficient as possible, while the club has complete freedom. |

Re: My swing
At address, especially with the driver your shoulders look a little open to me (could be camera angle). Did you hit a slight fade with that shot? Other than that it looks fine

Re: My swing
My shoulders look square to me, I think I blocked this one a hair. You can see my follow through is a bit blocky. That's my main problem, which I'm currently working on.

Re: My swing
Looks pretty solid.
Maybe 2 things though: -it's a tough angle to see but your feet may be too close together when using your driver. edit: nm- stance looks fine to me. -your right arm may be coming to far away from your body in your back swing. maybe keep it tighter. could reduce a little bit of variance in your swing. |
