have to agree about BC but i have this thing about having the unbeaten teams from major conferences at or near the top unless it's ridiculous. i figure they will stumble, and if they don't then i wouldn't have a problem with the voters bumping them out of the championship slot

[/ QUOTE ] I will not defend Les Miles. I personally think the guy is a complete moron, but this game wasnt that bad. LSU was the most penalized team in the SEC coming into the game. There wasnt any questionable play besides the shift (and yes Austiger, Bama used it successfully against Tenn). I thought LSU was the most overrated team in the country before this game and I still do. Alabama's not much more than a decent team either. This coming from an SEC homer himself, I dont think that the SEC is that good this year. LSU won fair and square, I cant bitch at all. Its probably good for LSU if Miles does go to Michigan. We'll see what happens, but if he doesnt get the NC game, the seasons been a disappointment. Still, I cant really hate on the guy for anything in the Bama game.

I agree for the most part Barry.
When LSU is playing their best, we can beat any non-NFL team also playing at their best. The problem is we only have flashes of playing up to our potential. You saw that in first quarter again Bama. You saw that most of the game against VA Tech and S.Car. You don't see it enough. I have to put that on the coaches. Our players have bailed the coaches out all season.
