As a European I concede that our , and . usage is stupid. The .'s should be used the same way they are in measurements (ie. 35.2 degrees, or 12.2 meters) It just makes sense, since the figure is just a measure of money. Although it makes sense in the same way that the metric system wtfpwns the imperial system.
