This is an OOT thread.

Also, I don't see the big deal here, mostly because he doesn't seem to be imposing upon cars in adjacent spots. There is no chance for a neighbor to the right, and he seems to have kept it well inside the line to the left. I was tempted to use the pronoun "she", but I'm not sure most women drivers have the ingenuity to attempt something like this.

This happens in SF as well. Nobody seems to know exactly when it is allowed, but at certain times there's just a whole row of cars parked in the middle of the street. Sometimes in the middle turn lane, other times parked blcoking off U-turn openings. Always weirds me out parking like that, I'm always worried everyone will leave and my car will be there parked randomly in the middle of the street.
