If he's that aggressive then hes probably b/3b lighter than a flush. It's probably some combo draw or at best Ad, Kd. I don't think you are ever going to be a huge favorite calling here, but I take the most likely slight edge and call here.

Don't ISO a UTG limper who only has 35% of a stack with T9s. Against a full stack this is fine.

Flop play is very standard.

Yes, of course. You're getting 2.7 to 1 on your money and you have top two pair against a LAG. Insta.

fold. You can't be way ahead. Any combo draw is 50-50 against you and that's best case scenario.

Sapol, we only need 28% equity to call. Give me a reasonable range for a LAG that we don't have 28% equity against.
