Sometimes c-bet, sometimes c/f (assuming OOP). Depends on how much I've been 3-betting him lately, and whether he's shown signs of getting fed up with me.

The fact that you've been 3-betting a lot makes me even more inclined to bet this flop. Lead flop, c/r ai turn, or lead river if turn gets checked thru.
