People who minraise fire that turn like that practically every time, in my experience with a flush draw, a bluff, A9,etc.

If I had to guess, I'd expect to see 4xhh/busted draw more than TT/33. I just don't tend to see players who minraise monsters go for large shoves on the river. But some type of 4x hand would be consistent with his play, if he's the type of player who plays his weak hands weak and vice versa.
