Default I\'m playing STTs again...and I suck again...a few $6.50 AK hands

hey gents...it seems I have forgotten how to play STTs..I can't seem to scrape out better than a 6% ROI at the FT $6.50s...

and since I'm too lazy to get a "real job"..I better figure out how to destroy low buyin STTs again

I will likely be lumping some hands into one post (like this one)..as I will be posting a decent amount of hands over the next few days..I know we don't like that, but I think it is best in this case.

thanks in advance

1st of all, should I be open raising more than 3xBB...is 4xBB (or more perhaps?) best in early position? most positions?

hand 1) it's push or fold, right? I ws tempted to push...the $6.50's are crazy..this could be a decent A or any PP somewhat often..not sure if it's still a big nono to effectively call allin with AK this early though

hand 2) I should bet out on the flop?

hand 3) I was lost...can calling and getting in one pretty much any A or K board be best? the 9xBB raise caught me off guard..so I played it safe and folded

hand 5) just not sure about when I should be c-betting against opponents who don't ever seem to fold.

1+2 fine. In #1 you have no fold equity, so half the power of your AK is gone.

3 I shove, you often get called by worse aces. A fold isn't bad here though. The raise is donklike so I suspect you are ahead.

4+5 standard. No point cbetting with AK high with this many players as someone will call.

Take this as is. I wish I could get 6% ROI @ $6.50 on FT. Currently @ 3% but at least its +$. Thank god for bonus + RB.

Hand 1. Fold we have no FE and no dead money.
Hand 2. Shove. Too much dead money here and OOP against the re-raiser.
Hand 3. I am at sea myself so would like to here what others think.
Hand 4+5. Standard

Only consider the 4x BB raise if you think that you can increase your +$EV. I think it does not, you want weaker Aces and Kings calling here so that you can stack them the times you hit the flop.

1. Good fold
2. I push, the pot is super big + you might well have the best hand
3. I might push with 300+ already in the pot
4. I like it. A cbet would be bad on this flop vs 3 opponents
5. Good

1+3 I push preflop, 4+5 look standard.

2's a bit awkward, I think I just shove it and hope we're good. I don't like the minraise/coldcall action that happened behind us, but I think we're good often enough here to make a shove OK. I'd prefer to bet about 400, but the pot's too big in relation to our stack for that really.
