Ultimate Bet crashing...

I just ran the UB client after having not used it for a long time. It searched for updates, downloaded them and installed them. After this is restarted itself and when it got to "Connecting to the server" the client crashed and I got the normal Windows crash dialog.

I then uninstalled UB and reinstalled it from the web page but that didn't help and I get the same problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions what I can do to fix it?
