I would not put him on a draw here. I might actually completely take it out of his range. The only way a draw might be in his range is if he has something like 10x with 2 hearts.

I would limit him to sets and 10x hands (9,j,q,k,a). In a hand like this, the decision comes down to stats: Aggression on flop, turn and preflop calling percentage.

I think you could stand to save/make lots of money in spots like this by simply having some of this info over a relatively small sample size.
