99... 3BET pre and villians line makes no sense so i call on the river

ok so say he doesnt bluff often w/ A high here, do you atleast think he does this w/ 66-JJ?? cause we are ahead of that range...even if you throw in QQ-AA its still a profitable call.

I don't see any problem with your line here.. If it's a complete bluff you only have to be right 25%, and ur even ahead of some of his vbetting range.

I see people bet here all day long with A high, our hand doesn't look at all like anything strong, so villain thinks that 2pair with an A kicker is bet than our air.

I dunno, I think calling is fine. You're probably good here often enough. He probably has you on whiffed overs/small pair and is hoping you fold a better hand, or chop with Ace high. He could have like JTs, T9s or something, but I think you're good enough to call.

well i called and villian flipped over AKo. still not sure if he was vbetting or bluffing the river (and tbh i dont think he knows either.)

i think it is reasonably close but given how the hand played out he really could call the flop with n e 2 cards that he called with preflop and given the weakness i showed on the turn could therefore bet the river with n e of those cards now too so i think i am ahead 25% of the time at least.
